The short version
- Onslot posts your content to the accounts you connect, at the times you choose. You stay the owner of everything you upload.
- You're responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules.
- Onslot is in an invite-only beta: free for now, and it can change or have outages.
- If paid plans come, we'll tell you first. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing a plan.

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Nicolas Frugoni, trading as Frusoft, Barcelona, Spain ("Onslot", "we", "us"), for the use of the Onslot website, web app and MCP server. By creating an account or using Onslot you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you use Onslot for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business and confirm you are allowed to.
2. The beta
Onslot is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, be removed or not work as expected, and we may limit how much you can upload or schedule. We will tell you in advance of any change that removes something you rely on, when we can. We do our best to publish every post on time, but during the beta there is no guaranteed uptime.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you own.
- If you invite others to a workspace, they can see and act on its posts and connected accounts according to the role you give them.
- Tell us at hello@frusoft.dev if you think someone else has access to your account.
4. Connecting platforms
When you connect an Instagram, YouTube or TikTok account, you authorize Onslot to act on that account on your behalf within the permissions you approve: to upload and publish the content you schedule, post the first comments you write, and read the profile and statistics described in the privacy policy. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
You must follow the terms and policies of each platform you post to, including the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and, for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service. By using Onslot's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can disconnect an account at any time in Onslot or with the platform itself. Scheduled posts for a disconnected account will not be published.
5. Your content
You own the videos, photos, captions and comments you upload ("your content"). You give Onslot a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, resize or re-encode, preview and transmit your content, only as needed to publish it to the platforms you choose and to show it to you and your workspace. This license ends when your content is deleted from Onslot, as described in the privacy policy.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and the people who appear in it, and that publishing it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Onslot to:
- post content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or breaks a platform's rules;
- send spam, run fake or impersonating accounts, or artificially inflate engagement;
- post to accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of Onslot or of the platforms;
- resell or give others access to Onslot outside your workspace without our agreement.
We may remove content from Onslot, pause scheduled posts, or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
7. What Onslot depends on
Onslot publishes through the official APIs of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and each platform decides what those APIs allow. Today that means:
- TikTok posts arrive as drafts in your TikTok inbox, and you finish and publish them in the TikTok app.
- Instagram Stories are published without stickers, links, polls or music.
- Until Google completes its audit of Onslot, YouTube uploads are private and you make them public in YouTube Studio.
Platforms can change their APIs, reject a post, limit an account, or revoke access at any time. When that happens Onslot tells you what it knows, but we can't guarantee that a platform will accept or show a post, and we're not responsible for a platform's decisions.
8. Assistants and the MCP server
If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude to Onslot's MCP server, the assistant can create, change, schedule and cancel posts in your workspace with the same permissions you have. Everything it schedules is published as if you had scheduled it yourself, so review what it does. You can disconnect it at any time. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms.
9. Price and paid plans
Onslot is free during the beta. We plan to offer paid plans later. Before any plan is introduced, we will tell beta users by email, with the price and what changes, at least 30 days in advance. You will never be charged unless you choose a paid plan and enter payment details. If you don't, your data will not be deleted because of it: we will tell you which limits apply and give you time to export or delete what you want.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Onslot and delete your account at any time, as explained on the Delete your data page. We may end the beta, or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Except in cases of abuse or legal obligation, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data. Posts already published stay on the platforms.
11. Disclaimers
Onslot is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every post will go out at the exact minute scheduled. Keep your own copies of your content: Onslot is not a backup service and deletes media after posting.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Onslot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost followers or lost opportunities, or for the actions of the platforms you post to. Our total liability for any claim related to Onslot is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 euros if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Onslot changes. We will update the date at the top and, for changes that affect your rights, email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can delete your account before then.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless you are a consumer, in which case you can also go to the courts where you live. If you're in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
