You can delete everything Onslot holds about you at any time. Here's how, and what happens.

Delete your account and all its data

In Onslot, open Settings, then Delete account, and confirm.
Or email hello@frusoft.dev with the subject "Delete my Onslot data", from the email address on your account. If you can't use that address, tell us which account it is and we'll find a safe way to confirm it's yours.

We delete, within 30 days and including backups:

your Onslot account and profile;
the workspaces you own, with their members' access to them;
every connected Instagram, YouTube and TikTok account, with its tokens (tokens are deleted immediately);
all uploaded videos and photos, captions, first comments, schedules, post results and statistics.

We email you when it's done. Posts that were already published stay on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, because they belong to your accounts there. Delete them on each platform if you want them gone.

Delete one workspace

If you own a workspace, open its settings and choose Delete workspace. Its posts, media, connected accounts, tokens and statistics are deleted within 30 days. Your Onslot account and other workspaces stay.

Disconnect one platform account

In Onslot's settings, choose the account and Disconnect. Its tokens are deleted immediately, its statistics within 7 days, and its scheduled posts will not be published. You can also revoke access from the platform, with the same effect:

Instagram: in the app, Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Onslot. On the web: instagram.com/accounts/manage_access.
YouTube (Google): myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Onslot, then remove access.
TikTok: Profile, Menu, Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services permissions, then remove Onslot.

Requests from Facebook and Instagram

If you remove Onslot from your Instagram or Facebook settings and ask Meta to delete the data Onslot received, Meta forwards the request to us. We delete the data for that account as described above and you can check the status of the request by emailing hello@frusoft.dev.

Leave the waitlist

Email hello@frusoft.dev from the address you signed up with, and we delete your entry within 7 days.
